Carol Helme, Janette Williams, Sarah Pownell and Jill McGhie all qualified for the last 16 Matchplay. Sarah and Carol made it through to the quarter-final but sadly both lost on the 18th.
Clare Seddon, Elaine Clark and Michelle Pickup all qualified for the 2nd Flight Matchplay. Congratulations to Clare who was the winner beating Brenda Ewbank 3 &1, Elaine lost in the semi-final.
Other highlights for Lancashire were Gill Jolleys 2nd Nett with a 71 CPO. The Nett Team Shield winners were Mary Singleton, Gill Jolleys and Penny Beckett, 215. The Team Stableford winners were Penny Beckett, Gill Moore and Alison Stringfellow with 69 points.
